Extra Cleaning Services Available - This includes sanitizing, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, bathtub cleaning. Prices are charged by the hour with a minimum of 1 hour. LAUNDRY SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE HERE, BUT CAN BE PURCHASED SEPERATELY.
$30/hour with a minimum of 1 hour
We are happy to have your kitchen stocked with your order of groceries and drinks in advance of arrival. Sodas, Bubbly's, Crackers, Chips or whatever else you may need. There is a modest fee for this service. The service cost is $20 + the cost of each grocery item. Please submit your list to us by email to [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival and we will email you back an invoice for the total due. Go ahead and just type your list right in the email body. Please be sure to note the quantities desired and whether you have a brand preference. If no preference is stated, we will use our judgment and usually default to the leading brand. When we get your stuff, we'll put anything away that needs a cool place so nothing spoils. Laundry Service Available - LINENS AND TOWELS ONLY. During each change, a fresh pair of linens and towels will be provided. This service is $15 per load. Typical loads can hold 1 comfortable OR 2 sets of sheets OR 5 towels + a few wash clothes. This service DOES NOT include the housekeeper making the bed. That is up to the guest to complete.
