Book a mid-stay refresh to keep things fresh and tidy. Please give 2 days notice. Includes a refresh of towels and linens and removal of trash.

We will have a set of at least 6 artificial fire logs (Duraflame or similar), each burns about 3-4 hours in the firepit. This will make for a faster fire and less mess or work on your part to start it and keep it going.

We know you are tired when you arrive, we can have a first night of basics stocked in the house when you arrive to help fill the gap until you can get to the grocery store. Package will include:

10 bottled waters
8-10 bags of chips or pretzels
Single bag of coffee (4oz starter pack)
8 single serve boxes of basic cereal (cheerios or similar)
Half gallon of milk/nut milk

Arrive early and start your experience sooner. Check in as early as 1pm instead of our normal 3pm. Subject to availability.

A set of basic plastic pool floats and noodles that could be used in the pool or lake. You will be provided with 6-8 basic pool floats and/or toys to help make your pool fun even better.

We will deliver and setup a single person canvas hammock for use for the duration of your stay. We will remove it at the end of your stay.

All the materials you need for S'mores for your full party, includes Hershey's chocolate bars, Honey Graham Crackers and Jumbo Marshmallows and s'mores sticks to roast them.

Oops! I think we forgot to include a pet fee in your recent booking or upcoming stay. We do have a $100 per pet fee for stays with up to 3 dogs.

We do not normally provide pool floats as part of a standard stay as they are not easy to take care of and guarantee they will be available and in good working order. But we will provide use of a set of 6 premium floats, these are Big Joe or similar quality and not plastic air filled floats.

Enhance your family’s stay at Sunset Cove with our non-inflatable foldable kiddie pool, perfect for little ones who may not be ready for the full-size pool! Ideal for small kids, this durable PVC pool is easy to set up on our property’s concrete pool deck, complete with a soft foam mat for added comfort and safety. Rent it during your stay for worry-free splashing and fun, keeping the whole family happy while enjoying Lake Sinclair’s serene beauty!

Sleep in and relax with a late checkout. Extend your checkout time from 11am to 1pm. Subject to availability and requires host approval.
