🎉There is a driveway for two vehicles, please leave room for the other guest.

🛁 Turn on the HOT valve fully at first — this gets the water moving and warms it up faster!
⏳ Give it a moment — the water has to travel from the magic heater box to your tub/shower/sink. It’s worth the wait.

🔥 Want it hotter? Slowly back down the hot valve to reduce the flow a bit. Less flow = more heat!
🚫 Don’t go too far! Back it off too much, and the heater gets confused… cue the cold water shock! 😬

🌀 This toilet grinds things up to send them on their way… but:

🌿 PRIVATE COURTYARD

🤝 The private courtyard is a shared space, so please be courteous to other guests.

🛁 HOT TUB & SAUNA USAGE

📅 Check the schedule and sign up for a time slot to use the hot tub or sauna.

⏰ Time slots are limited to 1 hour to ensure all guests can enjoy the facilities. If no other guests are scheduled during your stay, you’re welcome to use it at any unscheduled time.

🚫 RULES

❌ No eating or drinking in the hot tub or sauna to maintain the space for all guests.

🚿 Please shower before using.

💦 USING THE HOT TUB & SAUNA

🕰️ At your scheduled time, press the start button in the sauna, then turn off the light button to switch off the overhead white reading lights. This will start preheating the sauna.

🚪 Close the sauna door and move to the hot tub.

🛁 To remove the cover, flip it back, and use the bar to assist with lifting it off.

🌡️ The hot tub temperature will be between 100-104°F.

💦 If the jets aren’t on, press the far right button to activate them. Use the left button to turn on the lights.

🕒 Enjoy the hot tub for 15 minutes before moving to the sauna.

🌡️ The sauna will be about 105°F when you start, and it’ll rise to around 147°F after 15 minutes.

💡 Tip: Beginners should limit sauna use to 15 minutes.

🎶 There’s a Bluetooth speaker in the sauna, so feel free to connect your phone for music while relaxing!

🚿 After using the sauna, it’s best to shower to remove sweat and chlorine from the hot tub.

🛁 The hot tub uses bromine, not chlorine, to sanitize and keep it clean. If you’re sensitive to chlorine, please avoid the hot tub.

💧 Hydrate well afterward, and you’ll enjoy a restful, relaxing sleep!

USING THE TV

• The TV is left on at a very low volume.  If you change the volume while using it, please lower it when you are through.
• The TV remote is located in the drawer under the BBQ, please put it back if you use it.
