🚗 Parking Information

Parking is very easy here.

The code to enter the secured parking is 7540, enter the gate on the right and your parking spot is the first spot on the left which is covered.

• Your Covered Parking spot is #112
• You may park in any open uncovered parking space
• Do not park in other covered or reserved spaces
• Do not park in Handicap spaces unless permitted
• Parking is free and open to guests

Your assigned parking space is: #112
(If you prefer, you may use any open space instead.)

🏡 When You Arrive

The complex is large, so here’s how to find the unit:

From the touch screen keypad the building in front of you is the leasing office.  The code for the gate is 7540.  Both gates will open.  Enter the gate on the right.

Once you turn into the right gate building 1 is on your right and building 2 is on your left.  Apartment 116 is in building 2 on your left.  

Walk the path between the leasing building and building 2 and take your first right.  Walk straight back and turn right whick will bring you to apartment 116.

• Building numbers are posted on the buildings
• Apartment 116 is clearly labeled on the door
• The property has a pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse available for your use.  That is the leasing building directly in front of you when you enter the complex.
• A key fob inside the unit provides access to amenities

🔐 No Keys, No Worries!

Getting in is easy — your getaway starts with just 4 digits.

How the Lock Works:

➡️ We use a digital keypad on the door
➡️ Your code is the last 4 digits of the phone number used when booking
➡️ Enter the 4 digits only — the door will unlock

⚠️ Important:
If extra buttons are pressed after the code, the lock may relock — so just enter the 4 digits and wait a second.

If the lock ever seems unresponsive, message us and we’ll help right away.

Whispering Pines is located in North Reno at Calm at Northtowne, one of Reno’s newest apartment communities, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and entertainment — many within walking distance.

This area is popular because it’s close to UNR, Downtown Reno, hospitals, shopping centers, and freeway access, making it a perfect home base whether you’re visiting Reno for work, events, or a relaxing getaway.

When you turn into the complex you will see the gate touch screen.  Enter the code 7540 and both gates will open.  Enter the gate on the right and your parking is immediately the first spot on the left #112.

Walk down that path and take the first right.

The building on the left houses the leasing office, club house, fitness center and entry to the pool. The building on the right is your room.  It is the first unit on the right.  Take the first right and walk to the end and then turn right to the entryway.

The code to enter is the last four digits of your phone number.  Do not press anything except the four digits or it will lock.
