When you turn into the complex you will see the gate touch screen.  Enter the code 7540 and both gates will open.  Enter either gate on the right or left.  The road is a big circle around the complex and you are in Apartment 104 which is in the back center of the complex.  Look for covered parking spot #1. 

This is your parking spot # which is the first spot on the left.

The Apartment directly in front of you is your unit.  Walk down the hallway on the left and turn right to get to the main entryway.  You are looking for Apartment 1.

The code to enter is the last four digits of your phone number.  Do not press anything except the four digits or it will lock.

Parking is very easy here.

The code to enter the secured parking is 7540, enter the gate on the right and your parking spot is the first spot on the left which is covered.

• Your Covered Parking spot is 90
• You may park in any open uncovered parking space
• Do not park in other covered or reserved spaces
• Do not park in Handicap spaces unless permitted
• Parking is free and open to guests

(If you prefer, you may use any open space instead.)

🏡 When You Arrive

The complex is large, so here’s how to find the unit:

Once you park in spot 90 your room is directly in front of the parking area.  There is a corridor to your front left.  Walk to the end and turn right to Apartment 124.

• Building numbers are posted on the buildings
• Apartment 124 is clearly labeled on the door
• The property has a pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse available for your use.  That is the leasing building directly in front of you when you enter the complex.
• A key fob inside the unit provides access to amenities

Getting in is easy — your getaway starts with just 4 digits.

How the Lock Works:

➡️ Your code is the last 4 digits of the phone number used when booking
